RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As we are a small business, we do not issue refunds to your initial payment method. We only offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow the below steps:
- Reach out to us via email with your order number, the item you would like to return/exchange, and the reason for your requested return/exchange.
- We will respond with our shipping address to send the return/exchange to. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
- Requested returns/exchanges normally will be processed within 5 business days. You will then receive a return confirmation email that includes your e-gift card/new tracking information.
OTHER RETURN DETAILS
- We are not responsible for stolen return packages.
- All accessories are final sale.
- Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
- In order to be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible items.
Store credits issued for returns do not include any original shipping costs paid.
Store credits for Honey Lotus Boutique in the form of e-gift cards do not expire.
If you mail us an ineligible return item, we will send the item back to you and you will be responsible for any return postage paid by Honey Lotus Boutique.
